Moon Electric responded very quickly, and was very flexible and responsive when so many other electricians have flaked on me! The estimate was accurate and they creative troubleshot some other electrical issues I was having, and gave me a referral for a drywall specialist. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!

Terrible customer service! This was by far the worst contractor I have ever worked with in over 15 years. The owner, Mike, has awful communication skills and has a mean temper to go with it. I reached out to Moon Electric about 3 weeks before the date I needed them and agreed on a start date. With about 5 days remaining before the date we agreed work would begin, I reached out to check in with Mike to make sure we were still on track. He mentioned that they would only be able to assess the project on the date we agreed to start work and that work would actually kick off the following week. While I was annoyed, I decided to proceed, hoping it was just a one-off. Sadly, I was mistaken. He continuously failed to convey the full cost of the project until the day before they were scheduled to start work. Additionally, when asked to explain the break down of costs as I just wanted some clarity, he decided that shouting “I’m done” and hanging up the phone was the best course of action. Thankf
