Pro-Long Roof Care

You should never do business with such irresponsible business!!! Pro-Long Roof Care promised to finish the work during 3 days. The work took more than 3 weeks. Some people were coming and going but work was very slow. The weather was not an issue. The original estimation included new gutters. At the end the told they are not doing gutters. The company sent me invoice and told the work is done when the gutter was on my back yard. I had to find the gutter guy myself and at the last possible moment. They did not have the courtesy to even call me about this in advance. When I asked to go through the work done, there were several unfinished works. At the end they did not replace the HVAC-s that were rusty and still added their replacement to the invoice. They painted the completely rusty HVACs to make it look good from the ground. The owner and the manager were very rude and inconsiderate. You can find a lot more reputable companies than this one. They also were the most expensive.

Our neighbor used this company to clean their roof. The man who was cleaning the roof went out to rinse off the cars after getting them dirty. In theory, this is a great practice. However, he accidently hit the corner of my sibling's rear car window with the nozzle of the hose, causing the window to shatter. We have clear evidence of this, including video footage and photos. Mistakes happen, but when we tried to get the owner, Tony, to pay for it out of pocket or with his insurance, he was very rude, would not look at the evidence and would not take responsibility for the damage. We had to involve our neighbors who were just trying to have their roof cleaned. It was a terrible experience for all involved and put unnecessary strain on our relationship with our neighbors.

This company worked on my neighbors roof and the employee shattered my car's rear windshield with the nozzel on the hose they were using. We had photos and video proof of the damage but they refused to accept responsibility, would not give me their insurance information, and did not pay me for the damage to my car. They never apologized and were extremely rude. I would suggest shopping elsewhere to avoid unprofessional and rude workers and avoidable property damage. Service: Rooftop/skylight cleaning
