Plumb Zebra

I had a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Their technician took a look at it and said I will email you the estimate by end of day but I never got it, I called so many times and spoke to 3 different people but still I hadn't got that estimate a week later. Kayla was the absolute worse every time I called she said I will call the technician and call you right back but she never did. She never followed up, she's unprofessional and when she finally sent me an estimate she sent the wrong one. Then I got tired of them and I called another company and they fixed the leak the same day.

The guys that helped fix my toilet were so very helpful and professional ! They fixed the issue so quickly and even checked other things with my garbage disposal that weren’t on the assignment.
