Plumb Zebra

I had a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Their technician took a look at it and said I will email you the estimate by end of day but I never got it, I called so many times and spoke to 3 different people but still I hadn't got that estimate a week later. Kayla was the absolute worse every time I called she said I will call the technician and call you right back but she never did. She never followed up, she's unprofessional and when she finally sent me an estimate she sent the wrong one. Then I got tired of them and I called another company and they fixed the leak the same day.

We had such a great experience with Plumb Zebra helping us turn a basement laundry room into a bathroom/laundry combo. They were great about scheduling and we are so happy with the finished product. The staff are so professional and responsive. We are very satified customers!

Plumb Zebra did a very professional job on replacing our outside faucets and repairing the plumbing in our water damaged bathroom while coordinating with Wood Run Renovation And Repair on our bathroom rebuild project- I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
