We had a wonderful experience with our technicians. We are lucky enough to have had Snap install a furnace, ducting, and heat pump. It was quite a job! The technician Sonny went above and beyond. The job took a little over five days. Sonny was the first to show up and the last to leave. He worked his butt off, sometimes alone. My house was a complicated installation due to our office not communicating with our crawl space because it's an addition. Sunny figured out how to make it work without it looking intrusive. Very impressed. My house was always clean, and they never left a mess. We have been using the system for 2 or 3 weeks, and it's amazing. Incredibly grateful for the job that was done. Danny came early for the appointment. He was so kind and explained everything he was doing and he was very professional and knew his job well. I had a situation where I needed my furnace fixed pretty quickly and by a certain date and he made sure that happened. I would recommend Danny 100%.
