Not even sure where to begin. This company does not know how to communicate with their clients. Service for install of a/C heater - company wanted to install on the 3rd granddaughter was out of town that date so was scheduled for this Monday. Everyone knows it has been in the 90s in Spokane. Her house has been over90 with two toddlers. They informed her parts not all here so they expected them Tuesday and she would be on agenda Wednesday. No one calls no one answers the phone. How do they stay in business.
Great customer service! What a man!!! My furnaces went out on one of the colder nights this winter. I called around and was only able to get ahold of air control. DAN showed up right away and got my kids and I taken care of. He was able to to get the heat back on in no time at all. Service: Heating system repair
