Initially we hired Division One to check our water heater that was leaking. They determined that we needed a new water heater because the one that was leaking could not be repaired. We really couldn't afford it, but knew we needed to stop the leak. They assured us and we realized we could trust them. We just had them install a off-brand toilet I purchased off Amazon. Not a good idea. Division One said, "no problem, we've got this!" And they did! It was quite the job, long and hard, but they actually smiled through it! We won't call anyone else! They are the BEST!!
Prompt, excellent customer service. They were able to figure out the problem, gave a free estimate, then got started right away that day and the repair was done within a few hours.
Dave, Sheila, and the crew went above and beyond in repairing my kitchen faucet. And they also installed a new bathroom faucet for me complete with shut-off valves.
