Holliday Heating + Cooling + Electric

Let me preface this by saying my first call was to Cougar Heating and Air and I am so glad I made this second call. There is a reason this company is 4.9/5 stars with over 2k+ reviews. The quality of service is above and beyond any company I have EVER worked with. The tech, Jason , was polite, friendly, and his experience in his trade showed. There was a problem with some of the equipment and I told him that It was getting late and he could just come back tomorrow, did he do that? No, he made a call and I swear the ENTIRE fleet of techs showed up. I had at least 5 trucks come to assist in every way possible, from cleaning up the old equipment to giving Jason a break from the 10 hours he had been working. He stayed another 2 hours making sure everything was in order and working. Overall 12 hours in my house and not once did they feel like anything more than pleasant company. Oh, and the best part? So far, my husband and I have only been through the quote/estimate process, but it has already shown us that this company has integrity and professionalism down. The scheduling was flexible, the advisor was timely, and we were given options to think about to meet our need. I would already recommend using Holliday!
