We have had John both repair our main water line and install a new water heater and both times he has been wonderful to work with. He was great about communicating any snags he ran into and explaining what all needed to be fixed when our main water line started leaking.He has always arrived on time, sometimes even a little bit earlier. We also appreciate him asking for us to send him pictures of the problem instead of trying to figure out a good time to schedule him to come over and give an estimate. I don't leave a lot of reviews but felt compelled to give John/JLR credit for being a grade A business. After our heater stopped working I contacted JLR to get a repair quote. While we initially did not have him come out (due to schedule) to troubleshoot, John provided feedback, assistance and prompt quote in case we did need replacement water heater. When our water heater could not be fixed by another company, I contacted JLR after hours on a weekend not expecting a response. John responded promptly, had us scheduled first thing Monday morning, showed up on time and had a new one installed within a few hours. Got a crazy high price from local Lowe’s for same water heater I bought in March from from Lowe’s in SoCal. John from JLR gave me his everyday price and it as almost the same as in SoCal. John is friendly, fast and no waste movement! Great guy, great plumber great experience.
