I was extremely impressed by how promptly they were able to make it to my home after calling about my floor drain backing up. They were friendly and approached the mess with a "no problem" type attitude. The clog was fixed within 30min of their arrival and I was given preventative measures to take to avoid this in the future. The best part was how affordable their service was! Very impressed with Michael's efficient effective results!!! Strongly recommend this company. We had several other plumbers give us a diagnosis, recommendations, and quotes--but Rooter 911 was the most responsive with most reasonable pricing. Michael knew exactly what was wrong and didn't waste any time accessing the clogged drain and jetting it clean! Michael was very careful to not let any sludge backup onto surrounding surfaces.
