Go figure it gets colder than cold and my furnace keeps turning off. I called Spokane Heating and plumbing and they were able to get us in the same day. Sam came in and got the job done in no time. Will definitely be calling you guys again for our plumbing and heating needs.
Our water heater needed replacing. My husband decided to replace it on its own. We love him but he's not a plumber. He went through hell attempting to replace it while my young children and I went through hell not having water all day. Around dinner time, things were bleak. He called Sam who turned out to be the owner of Spokane Plumbing & Heating. He arrived after the kids were down (as an emergency service). He was amazing! He was very kind, very pleasant, very professional. The job was done quickly, professionally and AFFORDABLY. Amazing! We never want to go with another company.
There are not many businesses like this anymore. Where they sincerely act like they care about your problem. I have had them out three times and they are professional and kind and reasonable as we are on SS. I will have them again and recommend them to everyone. 5 stare A little expensive.
