Really appreciate Dick’s Employees. They went above and beyond to get the job done. We just moved into a home and the whole heating system needed replacing. Our sidewalks needed clearing but we ran out of time. To get new heat pump in 1 of the workers cleared the sidewalk for us. Looked like he has done that before and we actually learned something. Everyone was professional and helpful. They made sure we were satisfied and had a system we wouldn’t regret. We recommend them highly and are very grateful for them.

These guys are great! Their service fee is low. Their techs are very knowledgeable. I love that they charge by the job-not the hour. Their prices are competitive, and they are very good to explain problems and give you options for fixing or replacing. We've used them and been on their yearly maintenance plan for nearly 20 years. Highly recommend!
