I got 4 bids and Tapps came in lowest but at the same time was the most responsive and accommodating. Just completed the job with them and the work is great plus communication was top notch through the process. I've been dealing with a lot of contracted services over the last 2 years and this was the most pleasant.
This was to fix issues after a home inspection.The technician was done in about 15 minutes! Very nice man. I paid with a check and would have liked them to take a photo of it and send it to the office so I could have gotten a receipt from the company right away. This was the only issue. Great service. He also was easy to talk with; he clearly explained what and why he was doing something in a way that I could easily understand.
