DrainFlo did a really good job communicating with us and had a super fast turnaround. Jeremy did our install and was responsive and really clear. He quickly identified our problem and how to fix it quickly (toilet bowl crack that led to a full replacement). The prices were reasonable and Jeremy was really easy to communicate with. Really impressed, strongly recommended! They’ll be our go to for plumbers in the future.

I was nervous to hire Drainflo because their quote was so much lower than the other bids, but changed my mind after reading the reviews and everything that's said about them is true. They are extremely flexible, my 1st appointment was for a Saturday but my sink didn't arrive on time so they changed my appointment to Monday. They installed a new sink and garbage disposal and gave me a quote for another job I would like to have done. I have been doing renovations on my house and Jeremy has been, by far, the easiest professional I've worked with. He is punctual, communicative, and his services are well priced. I appreciate that he explains everything thoroughly and is transparent about what he needs to do a repair. He takes pride in his work and when I experienced leaks after his garbage disposal installation (not his fault, had to do with linking up with an old pipe that was originally installed in an odd position) he came out ASAP and was able to figure out a solution.
