In 2020 we hired Harts to replace all of the galvanized piping in our home, however, the day of service their lead tech told us the piping in our master shower wall was inaccessible and they could not replace it so they gave us a $200 reduction on our Bill. Two weeks ago, the connection where the old piping from our shower joined with the new piping, burst and began spewing water under our house. We called Hartz but were informed they did not provide emergency service (this was a Saturday). We were forced to call another company and pay $500 to have them cap the line. Harts came on Monday to look at the pipe, determined the piping in our master shower wall could be replaced after all and needed to be replaced, however we would now have to pay $4,000 for them to do it. With the tech on site I called and spoke to a manager, Kevin, and explained the situation. After hanging up with me, he called the tech and told him he could only go down to $3200. He was thorough, and knowledgeable explaining everything in detail, answering all of my questions. I manage over 100 single family homes from Tacoma to Edmonds. I've seen more sewer scopes than I can count. It felt really good to see my own. If you are not a member of the Home Care Plan, I encourage you to become one. The service they provide is superior and it is nice to be aware of any potential upcoming problems and get ahead of the curve. Plus all the benefits that go with it. I probably should not announce this for purely selfish reasons but hey, when I find a good thing I like to spread the good news. Do yourself a favor and join their Home Care Plan. I have to say after my high pressure release valve went out I called HARTS. I did this because it looked like the pipes were soldered together and I didn’t feel I was equipped to fix the issue. They were here the next day and on time. After speaking with my expert Scott, he ran through everything about what was wrong and what it would cost to fix. It was definitely not the cheapest option available. But when made me write this review was how far above and beyond this company went for me. He did a crawl space inspection free of charge. He discovered the down stairs bathroom toilet was also leaking and I had a rodent problem. If HARTS hadn’t gone above and beyond I would have a much bigger problem. At the end of the day I decided to fix these issues on my own. After he confirmed what I had originally thought was the issue and he instructed me that the pipes were not soldered and I could do the task myself. So I payed their visit fee and here I am writing this review a few days later. I
