I've never left a review but Anthony's help in a major outdoor leak issue and service he provided went well above anything I've experienced with other companies and with 3 rentals and our own home we have lots of experience. They didn't even end up getting a job from us (yet) because the leak was actually the city responsibility but from the calls to update me in everything, thorough email with everything found that would need to be addressed in the near future and even speaking with the city since we live out of state, he worked well beyond his realm of services. Thank you for everything!

I want to reach out and let you know how extraordinary your employee Chris Looney is and has treated our home and family. We have been dealing with a water main leak for sometime. He responded promptly and got the job done, though extremely difficult. On the other hand, your company is highway robbery and charge a ridiculous amount of money to do work. I really hope you pay your employees well and take care of them because your customer service is garbage. If it wasn’t for Chris and his diligent work, I would be extremely unhappy with the work provided from Hart’s Services. Your responsiveness in the office should match the work that your boots on the ground are providing. I would have to call and get in touch with your office for them to inform me what time the technician would be out, although I was told every time that dispatch would reach out to me. Harts Services did a great job from beginning to end. They customer service on the phone was courteous and professional, they communicated perfectly about how and when we would be contacted for our service, and the price was totally fair. Our two advisors were Roy and Nick, and they were extremely professional, had a ton of knowledge and expertise, and both went above and beyond. They also did an inspection of our whole house for free and helped me understand my plumbing and irrigation systems better, and they helped prepare me for challenges heading our way as our water heater continues to age.
