Athena is a very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and personable. She gave us the most thorough estimate of the several companies we received bids from. She educated us, and explained the pros and cons of each heat pump/air handler system, without trying to sell us anything. She always made herself available to help us. She quickly intervened by personally getting a Senior Service Technician to assist the installation crew resolve an issue for a very newer model of air handler. She was also available on the weekend to resolve a scheduling issue due to a last minute change in my schedule.
