Quote process was very easy, he did not try to sell me anything, just answer questions and provided information. Appointment process was seamless. Installation process: Team show up on time, very professional, quality work, worked well as a team, built components on the spot, looks like they were factory built. They found a leak under the house and let me know, so I could call a plumber (Greatly appreciated). Did not charge for components that wasn't used (Honesty is a major reason for using them every year to maintain my furnace). Electricians were professional did a wonderful job with connection. This is an A++, Organization. They will always have my business. Team fixed a disconnected vent. Waited until I reset my smart thermostat to work with new AC, so they could quality check the system. We hired Mercurio's to install an AC unit at our new house. Tyler did a great job checking out our space to get us the best value unit. He was very personable, wasn't pushy, and very kind. We ended up with a Bryant 2.5 ton unit, and a new smart thermostat from Honeywell. And we were set to install the very next day! When the unit was short cycling after installation (which the men who installed were very professional, kind with our dogs, and efficient), they called in their tech, Thom, who found the issue and fixed it - same afternoon as install!! I would recommend them to everyone! They also include a tune up on the AC a year after install, and then can add in the furnace for a low cost. Excellent experience, from the initial survey to installation. I went with Mercurio’s for my AC, hot water and furnace installation. The surveyor was on time, knowledgeable and advised me on which product would be suitable for my home. The installers were on time, professional, completed the installation in 2 days and left the installation site spotless.
