Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning

We had Mercurio's install a ductless heat pump system in our house. Every person we worked with was very pleasant. They were quick and clean and even were able to install within days of the quote. Scott was very nice and thoroughly explained his quote and what had to be done to meet our needs. Arnold and his team that installed were clean, fast, and extremely helpful. When the install hit a snag along the way Arnold was able to quickly identify and communicate the problem and what they could do to resolve it. To top it all off, they had the best price out of all the quotes we got, even with one more unit than other companies were providing! From the initial visit to the last minute of install on my new furnace and heat pump, I felt informed, involved and inspired. I tend to ask too many questions yet i never felt ignored or not taken seriously. Fast to respond, quick on the job and unafraid to stay beyond schedule to reach their goal. Before leaving they made sure i understood my devices and helped me practice with the settings and made sure everything was working as promised. Will absolutely refer and hire again when needed.

We met with representative Tyler on a Monday to get an estimate. He was not pushy at all and gave us several options. Walked around discussing with us our wants and needs before anything else. He made suggestions and answered all of our questions. We chose a two unit ductless system. By Wednesday the team was here to install. The five members of the team, Matt/Arnold/Bill (install) and Rich/Chuck (electrical) are so good at their jobs. All six men are professional, clean and hard working . They all are transparent and communication was as important to them as it was to us. They kept their work areas clean and made sure our new flooring did not get dirty. Answers all of our questions and put in a long work day. We are very happy with the end product and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.
