The entire process was made quick and easy with his expertise, including our TPU loan processing, making for a seamless experience. The installation team was friendly, efficient, and kind, answering all our curiosities, and very mindful of our curious dog. I’m new to the pacific north west, but not new to air conditioning as I owned an air conditioning company for three decades. I received several competitive quotes, in an effort to understand what the market was in this area. I already knew the quality of the machinery, it’s the quality of the people that install them and stand behind it that I cared about most. They certainly were not the least expensive, but they had all the right answers to the questions I already knew the answers to. That said, you never know until after everything is done if you made the right choice. I can tell you that their installation was spectacular and it was not an easy one. There were some minor issues after the install that needed to be addressed. But they were out the very next day found out what the issues were and fix them all. Knowing that they’re going to come back and take care of you is just as important as the installations and equipment you select .

Heat pump installation plus duct modifications. Chris gave very helpful options and advice on selecting our system, and then with Ash also on a duct realignment. We really appreciated Danny and Kaden's excellent installation and customer relations skills. It felt like we really had the "A+ Team". Danny's experience and leadership, what a skilled duo. Everything done well. Courteously welcomed questions. Even added a little bonus trim. Fine orientation at the end. Electrician Bill was satisfactory-plus also.
