Such an amazing company. The techs they sent out were so helpful and thorough. They went over everything with me and their prices were VERY competitive. I came in as a walk-in client and the staff was very helpful in working to understand the job. They also worked very quickly to find an available technician and within a few hours I had someone at my door working on the plumbing issue. The job itself went great. Fast and professionally done. Will definitely call them again if I ever need help.
We hired Aqualine to install a heat pump at our house. We wanted AC and a more efficient heating system (less reliance on gas). The original install was great and we were happy with the system. But, it later turned out the project was not properly permitted with the City. When this became an issue, I was worried Aqualine would just disappear and leave us hanging. But I was wrong. Aqualine did the right thing and took care of us. Admittedly, there was a little back and forth with the City. But once it was apparent Aqualine was wrong, there was no arguing and no deflecting of blame. The company just came out and took care of the problem. They ended up replacing the outdoor compressor with an upgraded model that complied with Seattle City Code (at no cost to us). Scheduling was quick and easy and the work got done in one day.
