My old heat pump quit working on November 5. This is the worst time as we have been having consecutive cold days. My wife and I were lucky to have a mini split in one of the bedrooms. I made my first contact to Greentop on November 9, received a same day reply with a site visit firmed up for the 10th, received an estimate in the evening of the 10th, firmed up the installation for the 12th and had a working Bosch condenser along with my existing air handler by the end of the day. The team has a streamlined and highly efficient process which allows me to minimize my suffering during these cold days. Greentop did not take advantage of my hardship and gave me a very reasonable price. Our heat pump was malfunctioning so Vlad did a complimentary diagnostics check for us. He was efficient, professional, and fixed our issue pretty quickly! They even gave a quote for a replacement unit since we have an older unit. Would highly recommend this company, especially for diagnostics.
