I had a really good experience with Tyler and his team. I shopped four providers before selecting one to replace my water heater. it was the day before Thanksgiving and I was feeling the crunch. Tyler's receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and managed to put me on the schedule for the same day. Their bid was the most reasonable of the three I had gotten. What happened next, I regret. My last bid was though Home Depot (they contract out to Fast Water Heater). This last bid looked much cheaper ($1000) than Joe's 2 Sons. I called Tyler back to let him know and cancel my appointment.
