The technician, Chad, called in advance of the appointment to advise me of his pending arrival. He came as scheduled and immediately prepared to accomplish his tasks. He very efficiently performed the necessary inspection and adjustments required. After he performed tests to ensure everything was in order, he gave me a detailed summary of the work he did and the results of his work. I've been a customer since Greenwood installed my Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system in my house 5 years ago. They are great - always professional, respectful, and responsive. I had an issue with my indoor equipment that took a few visits to correctly diagnose, but they kept coming back until they made it right. They remind us when we're due for our annual maintenance and do a great job with communication. We had Greenwood replace our old heat pump with our existing furnace/ducts and at the same time relocate the outdoor part of the system to the other side of the house, which required some creative rerouting of wires and pipes in and around the bowels of our home. Trevor was our sales advisor. Great experience with him: honest, efficient, and genuinely nice. We explained what we wanted to do and he provided quotes on options until we found something we were happy with. No pushy sales tactics or attempts to up-sell. He scheduled the techs to come out the next day and set up all the financing and permits on the spot. Kyle and Emilio were our installation techs. These guys were really impressive. Very high quality work as one would expect from Greenwood, but what I really appreciated was how they worked closely with us on the heat pump relocation.
