I am extremely satisfied with my experience with CSM Heating & Cooling! From the rep who came out to give me an estimate on AC installation to the crew who came out to do the install - everyone was awesome. They answered all my questions, were approachable, professional, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job! I’d highly recommend CSM Heating & Cooling!

On the positive side: The installation crew were awesome. They were quick , efficient, personable, knowledgeable, and hard workers. We enjoyed their work and their tips for issues they spotted around our house. On the down side: Unfortunately, the salesman was not as knowledgeable about the equipment as he should have been. Although he determined our current thermostat to be adequate for the new system, it was not. The crew was not able to complete installation on the install day as promised. Then we were told someone would call to schedule a time the next day to complete the process. One week later and we still have not heard from anyone to schedule that service. However we have been contacted to pay the remainder on the purchase and informed the warranty was submitted. At this point I am uncertain if they simply do not communicate well between departments or if there is another reason to delay completing our install.
