Steve's crew did an amazing job with our new sprinkler system. The digging scars to the existing grass were very minimal and you couldn't tell where they dug a week after installation. I've seen other companies' work in my neighborhood and it's like they used a huge tractor and messed up their lawn. Since he's has a small crew, it took a month out to get it completed but it was well worth the wait and price. Thanks again!!

Placed a phone call and web based form for a service request...I did not receive a call back for over two weeks. When I did receive a call I was shocked since it took so long. I shared with the lady that I had gone with another company since I had not heard back. I shared that in the future they may want to stay on top of their calls/inquires, the lady responded, “ well it is the busy season”. As a business you should always tend to your calls and inquiries or else you will stop the money flow...definitely an area needing attention.
