Keegan provided outstanding service. He arrived nearly 45 minutes early after asking if it was alright on my end. He reattached my portable air conditioner and gave advice on how to keep the hose attached. Overall, I was pleased with his work.

I had two guys come out and help me with my garage. They helped me understand the project, time and cost. I am very grateful that they helped me. It was projects that I knew needed to be done but couldn't do myself. The service that they did was fix my ceiling in my garage and my fence doors. FANTASTIC job! I would highly recommend them!

My service was rescheduled multiple times, which delayed the project by a couple of weeks. While that was frustrating, I understand emergencies happen and wanted to be flexible. The biggest issue was being rescheduled without being consulted - twice. I received text and email notifications rather than a phone call, which shows a complete disrespect for my time as the customer. When the repairs actually started, the original estimate of work, which was 8 hours spread over 2 days, was far below what was actually needed. Only a portion of the projects I requested help with were even started and the amount I paid was 50% more than I anticipated. Now I'm out about $2000 and still have to do much of the work myself. I have absolutely no issue with the repairs that were done and really appreciated the detailed, high-quality work that the repairman provided. He was efficient and never stopped to take a break while he was here. My issue is with the schedulers and estimators who I feel misled me
