Excellent response time, great communication, helpful salespeople/techs. The install took half a day and my little house is now cool and quiet. Goodbye noisy, inefficient window units! I’ve gotten a couple of bids in the past couple of years and this company was about $2000 less than the others in the Portland/Vancouver area. They were respectful, didn’t try to upsell me, and weren’t afraid of my ancient house and my rowdy dogs.
The technicians who came to install our windows were very professional and friendly. Ming and Sonny stood out especially in this way, and they took time to get the job done perfectly. We highly recommend their services. Service: Window installation
Amazing service! Discovered AC wasn’t working when I woke up. Texted them at 6:30, call back to schedule service at 7:30, at my house by 10:30, AC fixed and functional by 12:30. Really impressed with Keaton, our technician. Knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He gave us some great tips for the future. Price was fair. Overall very positive experience. Already recommended to my neighbors and will use again in the future.
