Our AC went out and Blairco made it to our house a couple days later. A simple capacitor and it was all working again. THANKS to Randy for his professionalism and great communication. A+ I'll give Blairco a call next time there's an issue.
Was able to get scheduled for a deep clean of my Mitsubishi mini split the next day. Other original service business used was out to March. Thanks Blairco ... You are now our go-to.
Our service technician, Zachery Ziemer, was excellent. On time, got the job done, explained areas of concern in ways that I could understand what he found, ways for me to monitor on my own, and a potential future expense that may be needed. He also responded to questions that I had about the lifespan of the HVAC system and how often to change the filters.
