Greenlight Solar & Roofing

Our experience working with Green Light Solar was great! They had our solar panels up and running within 2 months, which was much sooner than we thought. Our rep Casey was the best! He was smart and honest and really knows his stuff when it comes to solar. He explained all of the financials in a way that was easy to understand. And he helped us maximize our power with the best system for our home. The office manager Angie was equally as great. She was really knowledgeable and any time I called her with questions, she knew exactly where our project was at. She kept us in the loop during the entire project. We feel very confident that Green Light Solar was the best choice in solar power for our home. We talked with three other solar companies around Portland and feel Green Light was absolutely the best choice. We highly recommend them.

Greenlight saved me when my roof started to leak from a faulty installation years earlier. The problem was that there were also solar panels mounted in the leaky area and no roofer wanted to deal with removal & recommisioning of my solar panels....until I found Greenlight Solar & Roofing. Greenlight handled every stage of the job promptly and professionally, from start to finish. The roof crew missed one small area in their initial cleanup, but when I brought it to Mason's attention, it was promptly addressed. I would definitely do business with Greenlight again. Greenlight Solar & Roofing was very helpful and quick to install the solar panels, which are of high quality, BUT they provide no service, though they promise to do so. They do not return calls, though they promise to do so. Mason, who runs the company, has repeatedly given excuses for not calling me back, and always says I will call tomorrow, but never does. The panels need service, but Greenlight will not take responsibility. Don't be fooled by the high average review score--notice the dates on those reviews. Most recent reviews are 1-star and complain of no service support. They are living off an old reputation. Save yourself the headache and choose a different company.
