If you are looking for the best HVAC company, Entek Corporation is #1!! After the 2021 summer heat wave, there was no question we needed central air in our home. After many hours of research and several interviews with multiple companies, Entek was by far the most professional, well organized and honest companies that came to our home. We only had wall heaters and one window air conditioner. We chose an electric heat pump, ducted indoor air handler and a wifi programmable thermostat and air sensor. Everything from the initial phone call to let me know Entek’s process was fantastic. Jeremy, our building science specialist was wonderful. He came prepared and was on time. He wore a face mask and booties and answered all of my questions. We had a proposal 2 days later. Ivo and Cooper did an awesome job installing our ductless heat system. They were always on time, very considerate and even asked if I wanted them to not work in my kids’ bedrooms certain times so they could take naps. They were friendly, professional and very informative. They contained and cleaned up the mess and were careful when walking through the house. I couldn’t recommend them more. Got a great bid from Entek on replacing an old ductless system with a new Mitsubishi two head system. Because of part supplies it took a while but they communicated with us along the way. Finally got it installed yesterday and finished up this morning. The installers, Tyler, Kraig and Igor have to be the top in their profession, they were awesome beyond words! Prior to getting the equipment in they sent out IVO to compile a parts list, he was also awesome. This is the only company I will ever use or recommend to friends! THANKS VERY MUCH!
