Entek professionals installed two Carrier heat pump units in our newly purchased home. The home was custom built and architecturally designed in the late 1990's. There were many structural and infrastructural challenges to overcome to seamlessly merge old and new. The professional installers and electrician completed the job in 4 days. We had repairs done by Entek on our mini split system last summer. When they left they had replaced a computer component and topped off the refrigerant. It worked perfectly until this summer when we went to turn on our air-conditioning, and there was no cooling. We reached out to multiple companies and got the first technician out that we could, it ended up being from another company. They let me know that we did indeed have a refrigerant leak. On top of that Entek would have known about this problem because there would be no other reason for them to have to refill the refrigerant. I know that last summer was quite warm, and based on speaking with the technicians they were heavily booked, but due to their negligence and not letting me know of a serious problem they were aware of, this is not a company that I would trust to work with in the future. The experience working with Entek has been a professional delivery of expertise. The crew (I wish I could remember all of their names) was polite and mindful of my home while digging into a big job.  They replaced a 1972 furnace with a new furnace, heat pump and, ducting system. The design of the ducting was impressive and will help the system operate with highest efficiency and energy savings.  The air in my home has dramatic improvement. They ran new electric to the system and,  the electrician went above and beyond improving the electrical panel.  There were parts of the job associated with a 50 year old home. They handled them gracefully and got to work - the improvements reached beyond the system they installed.  They honored the original bid and outdid themselves.  PSA their bid was comparable to others but their initial expertise got the job.
