David came to our home to look at why our AC stopped working. Long story short, delays and very little communication (most of my texts and phone calls went unanswered sometimes for days) and 9 days later, still no official diagnostic performed on the unit and we were living in 80 degree temperatures in our home. We went to another company and they came within hours to perform the diagnostic AS THE FIRST STEP. We wasted so much time, and were constantly delayed in getting services and follow ups. I cannot recommend this company for anyone who needs a timely fix.

Impeccable experience. Fortunately Eugene was in my area and was able to stop by on a short notice. Freon was low and he quickly charged my AC unit. Exceptional customer service. ????????????????????
