I used Executive Roof Services a while ago. They did shoddy work, and were rude to me. I had a feeling it was because of my mixed race, but I didn't think much of it at the time. Mr. Mecham gave us a very professional bid with photos of our deteriorated roof and detailed explanation of services recommended and their price. This was so impressive, we knew we wanted to use Executive for our reroof. However, having just purchased the house, we weren't prepared to afford it yet and hired another company to do a quick repair to keep us through the winter. When I called Mike 6 months later to have the roof replaced, I expected a raise in the quote. I was stunned that he stayed true to his price (5 months expired). A massive snowfall and holdup on the permit paperwork caused some delay that left the dump box on our driveway somewhat inconveniently for several days until the roofers arrived. But once they got here, they really got to work and did our large house with only two roofers in less than 3 days.
