Executive Roof Services

Dealing with Executive Roof Services was a painful experience that I don’t wish on anyone. They were rude and did substandard work. I later had to hire a professional to rectify the issues with my roof, and this expert was shocked at the poor quality of work done by Executive Roof Services. I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

After several hours of roofwork, they abandoned the job entirely because I had an African American guest in my home. The understaffed crew of 2 they sent repeatedly told me that they don't feel comfortable doing their job with a "liability" on the premises. Not only did they not deliver what I paid for, but they made it clear that the company doesn't care about the job they do, they just charge too much, do the bare minimum, pack up, and leave. Despicable.

Austin, Tony, Jose, and Michelle, they all have been great to work with. I had to replace my entire roof and they finished the job in 3 days, which is great. From my short interaction with the roofing crews, you can tell they are hard working people, and love their families. Austin, the owner, and Tony, the sales person, always follows up with me making sure things are going smoothly and that all my concerns and questions are addressed. Professional would be the word to best describe them, and most importantly, they are priced competitively. Would recommend for sure.
