Henco Plumbing Services

My husband and I just want to give a shout out to one of Henco's employees, Chris Schommer. Yesterday he had finished a neighbor's job and was leaving to go home after a long day when he saw me out in the yard trying to help my wheel-chair bound husband. He had gotten his wheelchair stuck in some dirt while he was doing some gardening. Chris stopped and asked if he could help and did not leave until we had transferred my husband into another chair and wheeled the power chair manually into the garage. If this is the kind of employee Henco has on their team then we know you can trust them with your plumbing needs. Chris, thank you so much!

My experience with Henco was both good and bad unfortunately which is why I am leaving 3 stars. I needed my galvanized steel water pipes replaced, Henco was the best rated company I found and received a quote from Henco with a decent price compared to the 5 quotes I received for the job. It involved having to bore instead of dig the ground out completely. I was all for it. I will start with the positives, they worked fast, had a decent price, and were for the most part easy to work with. I was happy with the work until the job was almost complete, when I received the quote I was told that they would have to cut out some drywall but would be able to put it back and it would be on me to do the patching and paint, I was good with that. Once the job was all done, everything worked great in regards to our water. The new pex pipes worked amazing. However they left our water main exposed due to needing an inspection from the city, the inspection came and went and they never back filled it. We

Joe Good and Thomas replaced my water heater and went above and beyond with solutions that addressed other plumbing/water issues at my house.
