Henco Plumbing Services

My husband and I just want to give a shout out to one of Henco's employees, Chris Schommer. Yesterday he had finished a neighbor's job and was leaving to go home after a long day when he saw me out in the yard trying to help my wheel-chair bound husband. He had gotten his wheelchair stuck in some dirt while he was doing some gardening. Chris stopped and asked if he could help and did not leave until we had transferred my husband into another chair and wheeled the power chair manually into the garage. If this is the kind of employee Henco has on their team then we know you can trust them with your plumbing needs. Chris, thank you so much!

Called on a Sat 4/22 and requested service for the week day as it was not an emergency. They said that they had an opening for Mon 4/24 between 8-10 and I said ok. The tech Chris Greenwood called a little after 8 and said he would be there in 1/2 hour. When he showed up, gave me an estimate and I said go ahead. Service was GREAT, PRICE was affordable, and they will be my go-to plumber. Chris is a excellent tech and very knowledgeable. Thank You Henco for the great service. I called Henco Plumbing after two other plumbing companies were reluctant to do the job we needed done. We had sewage backing up into our home due to a root in our sewage line. Our sewage line runs beneath our deck. We had removed the top boards from our deck. To replace the main line, the trench had to be dug by hand through the mud and between the foundation boards of the deck. Henco came out to look at the situation right away. Their bid was fair and they got to work the next day. (We had waited a month for the other companies to do it before giving up on them.) All four of the employees we talked to, or worked with, were pleasant and concerned for our situation. They did a great job through the rain and mud, and you can hardly tell that the line was replaced. It was a refreshing pleasure to work with this company.
