After our A/C went out, I figured that we would have to wait for repair services. So I requested a booking to inspect and repair our unit ASAP. They were here the next morning and called ;ater that day to schedule the repair itself. Working with KOVA was easy and painless. When they looked at our system, the technician tried the cheapest fix first - and it worked. We know our unit is getting onto the older side, and he could have told us we just had to get a new one for what, ten times what we paid today? When it does come time for that, I'll be calling KOVA. Julian was on time, professionally communicated throughout the steps he was performing and it really put me at ease.
