These guys did a wonderful job. I have a single story 3000 sq ft. home that was sided with Aluminum siding when I first purchased it. It really looked like a mobile or pre-manufactured home. I hired Left Coast Exteriors to change all the older windows (10), the siding to Pre-Color (Evening Blue) Hardie Plank, and the soffits (White). The house simply looks amazing and the attention to detail was spot on. This was a very large job because it’s a very long ranch style single story home. That requires a lot of material. The guys were at my house for a couple of weeks. They found one bad piece of Plywood while stripping off the old siding and replaced it and made it look fresh and new and making sure the window was properly flashed so it doesn’t happen again. They flashed all the windows even though they are under the soffits. The pictures do not do justice of how well the house came out. Very perfessional company the roofers Allen and Santiago very nice to be around and did a great job at cleaning up afterwards.Shaun M the project manager was very detailed on the project, where I know I got the quality work I paid for.Also recommend getting there new inflow vents as i noticed it was a lot cooler in the kitchen. As a veteran I recommend this company everyone!very happy with my purchase!
