Overall this was a good experience. Dee was great, talking me through all the options and technologies they use, and getting us a quote and setting us up with the finance company which I went and handled my end of the payment. Shaun was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with, answering all of my questions. Shaun also had great communications regarding when the crew was actually going to arrive. Roof looks great! We love our new roof, gutters, and solar light tunnels. What a transformation! We get tons of compliments from our neighbors. The project had a few minor hiccups along the way but overall a good experience. Shaun the PM took great care of us and got everything taken care of. The sales guy Dee was low pressure and we liked everyone we worked with including Lima the roof foreman. They have fantastic customer service.
