John did a remodel on our bathroom that was way overdue he was very helpful down to taking us to Home Depot to pick out things we needed and delivered them to our home. He was very thorough and takes pride in his work. he gave us a estimate with a date and time to start and was punctual which is such a big deal for me, his customer service was like old school morals which I find rare now a days so it was very refreshing. He is honest and takes pride in doing the job like it’s his own. We ran into some glitches with the vanity and I was sooo stressed out, he handled it with ease and told me that’s why I hired him not to worry! He was right, he didnt blink with worry and did the adjustments with ease???? He installed our floor as well and it is beautiful! I had to replace a leaking jacuzzi tub (should have thought to call John to do that as well! lesson learned!) After the tub was installed I needed someone to repair the wall. I contacted John and he was responsive, discussed the project with me, and provided an estimate quickly. John paid close attention to details especially when laying the tile pattern and checked in with me at key points to make sure we were on the same page and there would be not surprises. John also changed out the outdated bathroom light fixtures and the bathroom fan/light combo. John left the work area tidy after effort and is great at communicating schedule. Really just a positive all around experience. I already have an estimate for John to do more work around my home. Services: Fan installation, Drywall repair, Tile work installation
