Miller’s had been doing the maintenance for our HVAC the last two years, and reported to us this year that the time is approaching when we will need to replace our 25 year old AC because the coolant can’t be replaced. I was dreading the whole sales process, but James from Miller’s was really clear about what options would be best for our home and why, and never tried to up sell us with stuff we didn’t need, even after we asked about upgrades that might be useful. Mason has done most of the maintenance for us and has been a delight to work with as well. These guys always leave the place better than they found it. You can tell the company places an emphasis on happy customers and ethical business practices. In an era of profit above people and growth at all costs it’s refreshing to work with a company that still prioritizes honesty and quality. We’ll continue to use Miller’s for our HVAC system as long as we live in the Portland Metro.

Amazing service. They installed a complete heat pump in one day. They did not take any shortcuts. They ran all the lines in the crawl space and left the thermostat in it's original place. And they did not charge extra for restacking. Also I was able to keep my existing furnace. Another company wanted to charge extra for these services. I am very pleased with the service and with the heat pump. I love all the features of my new Lennox unit. Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat, Install AC
