Amazing quality and work ethics. Slavik the owner is a hardworking man and strives for perfection. He is open to changes and you can see he wants you to be happy and satisfied with. Is work. Slavik worked on the framing and window installation for our basement unit where we got permits for an accessory dwelling unit. He did an earthquake retrofit with Simpson toes, framed the whole area, installed egress windows by cutting the concrete and new doors, windows. He did all the tile work and painting including installing doors, shelves and an awning. His bigger job was the large patio and concrete floor on the patio. His painting and trim work shows on the pictures attached. He installed soffits 3 floors high and installed gutters in the patio and a drain to get the water away from the foundation.highly recommend One Way quality construction for the excellent job.
