Henry with Pacific Plumbing and Drain was a pleasure to have in my home. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He was quick and efficient. Fortunately it was just a clogged kitchen sink drain so fairly easy to resolve. I stressed about which company to reach out to for almost 3 weeks to fix this. Josh & his partner arrived within the scheduled time window. They were kind and respectful of my home and were also very patient with my crazy dog. They were quick and very mindful of my need to get to work on time and even cleaned up after they were done, which I appreciated. The office staff was friendly and they were able to get me scheduled same day.

CJ came out and was professional, kind and considerate. He was here in the 90+ degree weather and never complained. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me every step of the way. Very hard working and this was a very challenging task . I would hire these people in a.heartbeat!
