Sub Zero Temp Control

I've called them earlier this year, right when it was over 100 degrees outside and our central ac broke. I contacted them in the evening and they responded right away and came the next day and my ac has been running for the rest of the summer smoothly , literally saving me from hot temps. Now when the temp dipped, our furnace broke and they came and fixed our heater right away. They were honest, telling us when we can save money ourselves. Both times they knew what the problem was right away. Same guy both times, super friendly and professional. Prices reasonable and completed in a timely manner. Excellent communication between us. We want to say a big Thank You to Russ & his team. Our AC unit went out 8/7 when it was extremely hot. We spent all morning on 8/8 trying to find a company that would even come give us a estimate, most places told us weeks. Russ was able to come out within an hour. After a short time we knew our AC unit needed to be replaced. Our unit was about 20 plus years old & had done us well.
