We had a great experience with Russ and his team at sub zero temp control. Our furnace broke unexpectedly in the middle of winter and Russ was able to come the very next day. He provided very detailed and honest feedback about the issue. We had a very realistic scope of work planned and had priority support as we also have a little one and freezing house. The next business day we had the new furnace and AC installed. Price was really reasonable. We had multiple questions between the initial visit and install. Russ was able to visit over the weekend to answer all of our questions. Overall it was a great experience and can’t recommend them enough.
