We have had Chaz do several projects including replace grout and paint the pantry...he does excellent work and I would highly recommend him! My wife and I have lived in our old 1947 house for 5 years now where we've had a number of contractors come and go. Chaz has been by far the most professional. He did dry wall, installed a fan, installed a stove vent and restored an old door frame! He did excellent work. He was on time, concise, effecient and honest. Chaz came to my house and installed a Murphy Bed I purchased on Amazon. Looking at the 30 pages and thousands of parts I knew I was going to need help. Chaz did a phenomenal job getting the bed set up, and did so a very reasonable rate. He is professional and good to his word.
