They came the same day I called and on time. They quickly identify a leak on my front yard which show little water on the ground. I would have never find it myself. If you have a leak and don't know where to find it I recommend these guys. Service: Plumbing leak detection
Communication with ILD was great. Even though I had to wait 7 days for ILD to schedule me, Coleman arrived within the set time frame. He immediately initiated the process to locate a water leak between our house and the water meter (600+ ft) which was losing over 1.29 gal per minute. He was professional, respectful, thorough, and simply a very nice young man who knew what he was doing. During these remarkable COVID times I was grateful for ILD even though the wait time and the cost were significant. Thank you, Coleman, and ILD.
