Christensen was fantastic! They were super fast to get out to our house and check the problem with our AC, and were able to be back already the very next morning to install a new AC unit. The pregnant momma was VERY thankful for their quick, professional work so I wasn't dying in the heat. Highly recommend! Oh! Christensen has performed work for us over the past 11 years. We purchased an existing home built in 2000 and they maintained the previous Carrier system. In early 2023 we had them upgrade our system to a new Lennox furnace and Heat Pump. The products are excellent and performing well, but the entire experience from quoting, through installation and payment was handled efficiently, and by people who truly excel at customer service. Fantastic group of people. Estimates were fast and offered a better heating solution than the competition. The work was fast, professional and courteous. We had a minor issue with a noisy fan and there was a technician onsite within a couple of hours. He didn't find anything (of course the noise stopped just before he arrived), but he still thoroughly inspected and did some preventative maintenance - we haven't had the issue again.
