I called FLUSH to unclog a drain. A gentleman showed up, and cleared the main drain, and said there was nothing there, collected his $200.00 and went on his way. He did NOT look into any other areas, as the clog was not fixed. I called FLUSH back and they told me that they guarentee their work, and they woudl send someone. They sent someone different, and low and behold, it was not the main drain, but the floor drain that was plugged. I asked them if I could only be charged the "Extra pipe" charge they had explained to me the first time, since it SHOULD have been done then, and was not. They told me that No, it had been to long, and I would have to pay in full, TO GET A CLOG UNDONE THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. I will NEVER use their services again, and do beleive that they are unprofessional. I will be in contact with the better business bureau to recover my stolen funds. Service: Drain cleaning
