Dean was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was clear and precise explaining the windows and installation process. Best, he was not pushy. Sales appointment was amazing! Although we weren’t able to make the purchase today, the thoroughness makes me want to go with them. Austin was awesome walking my through the product and all it has to offer.
Dean worked with us on 2 projects over a period of a couple of years. He was familiar with the needs of a 100 year old house as well as our particular desires. He addressed issues that we were concerned about and worked with our timing challenges. He was respectful and knowledgeable about the product.
