The Good Guys Heating & Cooling

Like many others, we've been affected by this extremely hot summer and our A/C wasn't giving us its all. I requested a service appointment through The Good Guy's website and within 3 hours, they had responded to my inquiry and were on their way to our house to check on the issue. Shortly after arriving, the technician diagnosed the issue and repaired the unit. The service was really above and beyond. I did not expect them to respond same-day, but they not only got back to me, but came AND fixed the issue within hours of my initial email. On top of that, the service was reasonably priced. Absolutely 10/10 - would recommend to anyone. Service: A/C system maintenance

We have used The Good Guys for years. We have purchased both our furnace and AC from them. They have serviced both throughout the years. It is easy to schedule appts. They call prior to their arrival and are always on time or early. We had some issues with our furnace this winter (purchased from them years ago) and they went above and beyond to figure out the issue and stand behind their product and warranty.
