JG Restoration

After receiving hail storm damage to my house & shed, I contacted JG Restoration for an estimate to replace roofing, gutters & downspouts, and a broken window. Being my first time dealing with this I was quite nervous, but Josh and his team put me at ease. The work was done quickly & professionally. I especially liked that Jim popped in often and stayed in contact to check on the progress and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great company, Josh the owner was very easy to work with and great. They told me my roof would be done in 1 day and my roof was done in 1 day. The only negative thing I can say is I was told they we going to start at 6 am and they didn’t show up until 12:30 pm with no phone call or text to say we are running late. But they stayed until that roof was finished. I would recommend this company every time. Service: Roofing

JG Home Improvements was awesome to work with. My husband and I sold our home a few weeks prior. 6 days before closing on moving out day and on a HOLIDAY weekend, we found water in our basement as our sump pump did not kick on after a radon system was installed. I immediately called JG and two employees showed up at our house within 20 minutes. Given I was not very happy and in shock when they arrived they kept their composure and were very compassionate about the situation. Within 2 hours they had accessed, took pictures, removed the damage from the basement, and carried down ALOT of dryers to start the drying process. I was in shock how fast and hard these employees worked. Josh Vogel (the Project Manager) was open, honest, and provided me with updates as he had them. I had several different employees at coming and going to check on the conditions for a few days. All were very nice and professional.
