JG Restoration

After receiving hail storm damage to my house & shed, I contacted JG Restoration for an estimate to replace roofing, gutters & downspouts, and a broken window. Being my first time dealing with this I was quite nervous, but Josh and his team put me at ease. The work was done quickly & professionally. I especially liked that Jim popped in often and stayed in contact to check on the progress and make sure I was satisfied with the work. We had sewage back up from the city main sewer pipe after hours on a Friday night. JG answered the call and had a crew out here within an hour to do the clean up. Quick, professional and great to work with. Highly recommend. Service: Sewage cleanup

I arrived late one evening at our vacation property to find a wet finished basement. I called JG Home Improvements around 10:30pm. I had a crew at the property ready to go to work by 10:00 the next day. The two person crew worked very hard to remove the water, carpet, and padding. The set up many fans and dehumidifiers in hopes to dry it out enough to not have to remove drywall. Unfortunately, a foot of drywall needed to be removed. Behind the scenes, Josh went to bat for us with the insurance company to get them to put the claim through and get the damage covered. Currently, the restoration phase is taking place and I will update the review when that is complete. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
