Ac stopped working on a very hot day, called sinkler after hours Cory was at my house within the hour. Changed the part and tested the system and came up with recommendations for the future. Very professional and upfront, very fair pricing for a service call!

So far so good with the heating! My complaint is that we paid $9700 to get both an air conditioner and new furnace installed only to receive a bill for $10 saying we still owed this! I called regarding this charge and they would not waive it because we financed through Bryant and John Sinkler said they that they have to pay their workers and also Bryant’s charge! Really $10! Absurd! We owe $10! So angry! when I called about it, the gentleman I talked to laughed that we got a bill for $10 and also when my husband went in to sign the contract the lady said that Mr. sinkler would probably just waive this charge! I can honestly say wouldn’t recommend Sinkler based on this! Just being honest with my feelings on this! Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat, Install AC
