We have used Kummer's plumbing a few times now and the service is always top notch, on time and very reasonable pricing. Dwayne came in today to fix our drain and pipe issues, very personable and pleasant to talk with, was very helpful on suggestions so we didn't have issues in the future and did a fantastic job and even cleaned everything up for us. We had a small leak in the wall behind the shower. We were able to get an appointment quickly. John D arrived and not only fixed the leak, but also gave us options on some other small repairs we could make. He went above and beyond to help us with great solutions and worked with us to find the solutions with the best value for us. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. My parents had requested for a tech to come out due to the main drain not draining. My mom had taken her laundry trap out previously to look for any blockage but didnt find much and had left it as is theb left to work. The tech came out to look at the issue, only to replace the laundry trap for $199. On top of that my mom was charged twice on using a credit card as payment. My sister was home at the time of the service and was told to not use any water and that the issue was fixed. Of course my young and clueless sister paid for the service that never was fixed. My sister called back and was told a different guy will come out to look at the issue again but the charge will be base on what he finds. This is ridiculous. What happened to work ethics and honesty. My parents has been scammed and still stuck with an unresolved issue. Service: Drain cleaning
