Full name: Carol Wood I had a partial bathroom renovation. Don came by first to evaluate and make recommendations. What I really appreciated from him was his expertise and recognition of my desire to keep things as simple as possible (knowing that nothing is ever truly "simple" in any renovation). He understood what I wanted and provided a good quote with all the details. I met with the designer and picked out tile, fixtures etc. She also helped me with picking out paint even though I was doing the painting myself. Then came the big part - demo. There was an unexpected air vent to work around and everyone was really responsive in figuring out the best way to get my bathroom done without adding a lot of cost, time and still meeting my goals. I was really impressed with this and the way the team worked together. Also, a small note but important, they really cleaned up after themselves every day. Very meticulous. Erik arrived within an hour of my request to repair a plumbing leak and to install a new kitchen faucet. Professional on the phone when scheduling and our plumber was very knowledgeable and let us pick his brain a little about up coming issues we think we may have with our house.
