THE. BEST. There simply are not enough superlatives to convey the excellence that is Gross Heating. My old furnace died Saturday night. Today, my new furnace was installed! From my very first distressed phone call placed after hours on Saturday night, to the very last moments with the installation techs today, my interaction with Gross Heating has been exceptional. Michelle, Randy, Nels, Greg, Colton, Mike, Cody and MJ all performed their jobs with a level of customer service rarely seen anymore. While each of these persons played a different role, (all significant), each made sure the process was efficient and seamless. Their attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction was their end goal every step of the way. I had used Gross for years maintaining my previous HVAC system, so when I needed service I knew exactly who to call! I will continue to use Gross Heating for all regular maintenance on my new system! The team arrived on time and started working right away. Everyone was polite and professional. I was given a detailed how-to with both my new heating and air conditioning systems.
