Brookfield Heating & Cooling LLC

I have had many HVAC companies in my home unsure of what to do to solve years of no heat. Brookfield Heating diagnosed the situation immediately, provided pricing within hours and I had a new furnace installed within a week. My house has heat finally. What we like most about this business is that they pick up when you call. Many HVAC companies just have you leave a voice message and then you have to wait sometimes an hour or two for a call back (while you freeze). Brookfield H&C came out to service our gas furnace within a couple of hours. They kept us updated on their ETA. Russ, or technician, was very helpful. He explained some of the features on our furnace that we were unaware of and even got our stubborn Aprilaire unit up and running quickly. We would definitely hire Brookfield H&C again! Very professional service as we just got a new heating and cooling system. They use American Standard furnaces and air conditioners which are very highly rated (top 2 or 3) by Consumer Reports. So their prices are higher then installers using lower rated brand but it is worth it.
