I was without heat and they came to look at within an hour of my call. While the technician got heat going he couldn't guarantee would stay on as broken gas valve. As I wanted to replace furance they had salesman to my house within hours and were able to install the next morning. Service: Heating system installation

This company repaired a section of our radiant heating system about a month ago after one of the pipes sprang a leak in our attic. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and worked well to fix the issue in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one of the technicians forgot to reopen a valve leading to our boiler's expansion tank, which cause the system to over-pressurize, and damaged a relief valve they had installed preventatively. I called them immediately and they came out quickly to remedy the expansion tank issue, and also replaced the relief valve that was damaged, both under warranty. My AC was on the fritz and it got so hot in my apartment my daughter and I couldn’t stay there. I called Donovan and Jorgenson, and they got me in right away. Mike came out and found and fixed a problem that he’d never even seen in a unit before, and was kind and courteous and professional the entire time, even while I had to contact my landlord who was overseas to get the okay to service it!
